We’re Hiring: Client Success Manager (Full-time)

Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 8 hours per day |  8 AM to 4 PM (EST)


We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the team. The CSM will be responsible for enhancing client experience through onboarding, communication, retention, and feedback management. This role will alleviate backend responsibilities from leadership and ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all client touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a background in high-ticket service-based businesses and a strong interest in digital content or the creator economy.

Must be available to respond to client inquiries and perform onboarding calls during standard U.S. working hours.

Recommended Responsibilities

Client Success & Communication
● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
● Lead client onboarding calls and follow-up communication.
● Collect, analyze, and organize client feedback and testimonials.
● Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and report them to the internal team.
● Maintain clear and friendly client communication across all platforms.

Backend Support & Workflow Management
● Update and manage client information and status inside ClickUp.
● Direct client questions to the appropriate resources or team members.
● Provide light technical support or guidance within Slack and ClickUp.
● Track client issues, feedback, and resolutions.

Reporting & Optimization
● Track and report on retention rates, testimonial submissions, and refund trends.
● Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify at-risk accounts.
● Propose improvements to onboarding and ongoing engagement processes.
● Create and maintain a client-facing FAQ or resource center as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Experience supporting high-ticket coaching, consulting, or service businesses.
● Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
● Proficiency in Slack and ClickUp.
● Willingness to learn basic tools such as YouTube Studio. (YouTube experience, which is a plus for this role.)
● Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
● Interest in content creation or familiarity with the YouTube ecosystem is a plus.

  • $1,100 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
