We’re Hiring: Client Success Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

Part-Time | 20 hours per week | 4 hours per day | 1 PM – 5 PM CST

The role involves comprehensive digital marketing automation, client relationship management, and multi-platform campaign execution, serving as the strategic lead for all digital marketing initiatives. The perfect candidate is AI fluent, speaks proficient English, and has experience handling US-based clients.

The focus of this role is to make sure that all projects and tasks for the clients are on time, delivered of good quality, and the Founder/Lead Strategist is being taken out of the day-to-day of client management. The CSM will also be accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and other client-focused growth initiatives down the road.

Supporting a digital marketing agency that serves various businesses in e-commerce, medical operations, and container/logistics.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Client Relationship & Communication Management

  • Serve as primary client point of contact
  • Conduct pre-meeting research and preparation
  • Generate comprehensive client reports
  • Manage client acquisition and prospect development
    Facilitate internal communication via Slack and Loom
  • Ensure exceptional client experience throughout touchpoints

Operational Excellence & Coordination

  • Coordinate with all collaborators and white-label agency service providers, and manage daily workflows (logo design, content creation, website, SEO, etc.)
  • Create and distribute social media content across verticals
  • Coordinate cross-team projects and deliverables
  • Oversee internal dashboard management (using Notion and other project management tools)
  • Nice to have: Handle Amazon store management and growth
    Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables

Technology & Platform Management

  • Advanced utilization of Notion, AI tools, Outlook, Excel, Canva
  • Familiarity: WordPress management and optimization (WordPress team/collaborators available)
  • Familiarity: Google Analytics implementation and tracking (you don’t need to do the ads; we have a media buyer, but you need to understand and explain this to clients)
  • Vendasta platform management (preferred)
  • Marketing technology stack coordination
  • Performance analytics and reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years digital marketing operations experience
  • Proven client relationship management expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing technology stack
  • Strong background in SEO, social media, and paid advertising
  • Experience with automation and workflow optimization
  • Self-motivated remote worker with strategic thinking ability

Professional Development Requirements

Job Offer: 

  • $528 monthly (Evaluation Period)
  • $550 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
