The Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Agent to be the friendly, organized first point of contact for customers who need junk removal services.
You’ll handle inbound calls and messages, understand what the customer needs removed, explain the process, collect accurate customer information, and schedule the next step, including coordinating free estimates and routing tasks to the appropriate team.
This is a great role for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, responsive, and naturally good at talking to people. You should be comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks without letting details slip through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Inbound Calls
● Answer approximately 12 to 22 inbound calls per day.
● Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful way.
● Ask questions about the items they need removed.
● Understand and document the scope of the job.
● Clearly explain how the junk removal and free-estimate process works.
● Collect and verify customer name, phone number, full service address, and details about the items to be removed.
● Make sure all information is accurate before entering it into the system.
Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination
● Schedule customers for their free in-person estimate.
● Provide customers with an accurate 2-hour arrival window.
● Coordinate schedules and route tasks to the appropriate team.
● Make sure jobs are properly documented and ready for the field team.
● Follow up when additional information is needed.
Customer Communication & Follow-Up
● Monitor inbound customer messages.
● Respond promptly and professionally.
● Call customers back when needed.
● Handle customer outreach and follow-up via phone and text.
● Make sure leads and customers don’t fall through the cracks.
● Keep customers informed throughout the scheduling process.
CRM & Daily Operations
● Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
● Enter call notes, customer details, scheduling information, and job requirements into the CRM.
● Use GoHighLevel to manage customer information and communications.
● Use Autopilot every day to manage and track assigned workflows and tasks.
● Follow established processes and continuously look for ways to make the customer journey smoother.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Phone Communication: Confident and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
● English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
● Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and professional.
● Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
● Active Listening: Can listen carefully and accurately capture information.
● Accuracy: Understand that a wrong address, phone number, or job detail can create a real operational problem.
● Multitasking: Can manage multiple calls, messages, and scheduling tasks throughout the day.
● Responsiveness & Follow-Through: Respond quickly and follow through on commitments.
● Technology: Comfortable working inside CRMs and technology.
● Software Adaptability: Learn new software quickly.
● Independent Work: Can work independently without needing constant supervision.
● Ownership & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of problems and find solutions instead of simply passing them along.
Preferred Background
● Industry Experience: Experience with junk removal, home services, dispatching, or field-service businesses is a plus, but not required.
The Person We’re Looking For
We want someone who owns the customer experience from the first phone call through the scheduling process.
You don’t need to be a salesperson or a technical expert. You do need to be someone who is warm with customers, sharp with details, fast with follow-up, and extremely reliable.

NO TO FREELANCERS
WE DON’T CONTRACT “FREELANCERS”. We only hire people who want a long term, stable job and role with a growth-focused company. We don’t tolerate moonlighting, cheating on hours, or lack of respect for confidentiality and intellectual property. We are backed by a strong HR and legal team for this. You are honestly paid for the work you came here to do. If you want to be a freelancer and want a “gig” or a “for now” thing, we advise you use freelancer platforms like Upwork. That said, we pour a lot of love and growth into our team members, and we don’t want that to go to waste.
