We’re hiring a part-time Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support the launch and growth of an exclusive, gamified Slack community for top-tier eCommerce brands and media buyers.
This role ensures seamless onboarding, drives campaign activations, manages member engagement, and supports affiliate-based revenue growth. The CSM will collaborate closely with internal and client teams to deliver a world-class community experience.
Responsibilities
Community Onboarding and Member Success
- Manage HubSpot CRM workflows to guide members through their first campaign launch
- Ensure onboarding completion and proper member segmentation into the correct gamified level
- Deploy and manage automations via Slack or email using tools such as Thread Archive
Campaign Support and KPI Tracking
- Follow up with members post-onboarding to drive campaign launches
- Track and report on:
- Activated accounts using referral codes
- Campaign-driven ad spend
- Slack engagement activity
- Address basic campaign inquiries and escalate technical issues to the support team
Gamification and Engagement
- Encourage active Slack participation and progression through gamified levels
- Promote wins and updates in community channels
- Support affiliate engagement strategies, highlight top users, and contribute to recognition programs
Brand and Agency Vetting
- Review applications submitted via Airtable
- Vet brands and agencies based on ad spend and alignment with ideal customer profiles
- Enforce anti-spam policies during and after onboarding
- Oversee invite access for approved applicants
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Must have experience in the retail space (e.g., DTC, Dropshipping, or Shopify)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (required)
- Familiarity with Google Ads (preferred)
- Experience with eCommerce, DTC, or performance marketing
- Proficiency with Slack and understanding of community dynamics
- Familiarity with welcome and automation flows
- Experience with affiliate, referral, or B2B SaaS programs is a plus
- Comfortable using HubSpot, Airtable, and learning new platforms

- $528 monthly (Evaluation Period)
- $550 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
