About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Specialist who can identify, attract, and assess high-quality talent for client-facing roles
This is not just a posting role. This is a sourcing, headhunting, and people-building role. You need to be good at reading people, sensing bullsh*t, and most of all, find the diamonds in the rough.
It is about finding the right people who can represent businesses, manage relationships, and drive customer success
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source and attract qualified candidates across the Philippines, Latin America, and other global regions.
- Manage and publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, job boards, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist qualified candidates for client-facing roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and role fit.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking , recruitment pipelines, and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from sourcing through the offer stage.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes to attract high-quality talent.
- Create and grow a community for CSM professionals in the Philippines and Latin America to support future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain a curated talent pool of pre-qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Establish and expand a LATAM recruitment pipeline while exploring talent from other regions.
- Prepare and organize contractors folders and records
- Ensure all hiring documentation is complete and properly filed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, headhunting and hiring
- Experience hiring for Client Success, Customer Success, or Customer Support roles is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of client-facing roles and what makes a strong candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience hiring remote talent
- Experience working with international teams (US-based clients is a plus)
Schedule:
- Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
- Work arrangement: Work from home
- Time: 9:00PM-1:00AM Manila time
Job Offer:
- $528 monthly (Evaluation Period)
- $550 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
