We’re Hiring: Client Success Manager

Part-Time | 20 hours per week | 4hrs a day | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AEDT

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced part-time Client Success Manager (CSM) to join the team. The ideal candidate will operate as the central communication hub between internal fulfillment teams and clients enrolled in the program.

This role combines client relationship management, onboarding oversight, and operational coordination. The CSM will ensure clients move quickly from payment to profitable inquiries while maintaining a high-touch, professional experience.

The ideal candidate will be available during AEDT business hours, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Google Ads environments.

Recommended Responsibilities

Client & Onboarding Management

  • Manage client relationships from payment through first profitable inquiry
  • Lead onboarding calls and serve as the main client point of contact
  • Ensure onboarding completion within 7 days
  • Follow up every 48 hours to prevent delays or client drop-off

Communication & Coordination

  • Own the primary WhatsApp communication channel
  • Translate technical updates into clear, client-friendly language
  • Coordinate internal handoffs between media buyers, web team, and support staff
  • Escalate issues only when necessary to maintain client confidence

Website & Ads Launch Oversight

  • Ensure all assets are collected before website build begins
  • Track website build timeline (7–10 days or less)
  • Confirm ad account access and readiness for launch
  • Schedule 14-day performance check-ins with clients

Time-to-Value & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor inquiry volume and identify friction points
  • Maintain client momentum toward first profitable inquiry
  • Prepare performance summaries for ascension readiness

Ascension Support

  • Organize performance data for ascension calls
  • Book calls with leadership
  • Brief clients on expectations and next steps

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Client Success Experience: Proven ability to manage high-touch client relationships
  • ClickUp: Strong proficiency in task tracking and workflow management
  • GoHighLevel & Google Ads: Required experience
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal English; confident leading Zoom calls
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

Preferred Background

  • Experience in lead generation or service-based businesses
  • Meta Ads experience is a bonus
  • Funnel and offer positioning knowledge
  • Experience working with distributed teams

Job Offer:

  • $528 monthly (Evaluation Period)
