We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager (High-Ticket Fulfillment & Ascension)

Part-Time | 20 hours per week | 4hrs a day | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead fulfillment for an AI Coaching Program and high-ticket ascension offers.

This role will centralize and optimize the entire client journey, ensuring strong retention, improved client satisfaction, and consistent ascension revenue. The CSM will function as both a client-facing leader and a systems-driven operator, collaborating closely with leadership and the internal tech team to build a modern, AI-enhanced fulfillment ecosystem.

This Role Is Designed To:

  • Centralize fragmented systems (Email, GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, and course platforms) into a streamlined workflow
  • Re-onboard existing clients into a unified fulfillment structure
  • Increase retention through proactive relationship management
  • Build ascension systems and capture upgrade opportunities
  • Translate feedback into scalable systems and SOPs
  • Operate as a hybrid CSM balancing relationship management with operational execution

Recommended Responsibilities

Client Success & Retention Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-ticket clients
  • Conduct structured 15-minute weekly or bi-weekly check-ins
  • Ensure coaching attendance and deliverable completion
  • Monitor payment schedules and proactively mitigate churn
  • Maintain detailed client notes, goals, and progress tracking

Fulfillment System Centralization

  • Audit all client access points (GoHighLevel, WhatsApp, email, course platforms)
  • Lead re-onboarding into a centralized fulfillment hub
  • Organize dashboards in ClickUp or similar tools
  • Track milestones, engagement, and implementation progress

Feedback Collection & NPS System

  • Implement quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys
  • Track satisfaction trends and churn risks
  • Convert high NPS scores into referral opportunities
  • Translate feedback into operational improvements

Ascension & Revenue Expansion

  • Build and manage an ascension process for qualified clients
  • Identify upgrade opportunities based on engagement and results
  • Coordinate with leadership to position compelling offers
  • Track ascension metrics and growth performance

AI-Driven Fulfillment Optimization

  • Stay current with AI tools and fulfillment innovations
  • Convert recurring client problems into scalable training modules
  • Assist in creating SOPs, resources, and presentations
  • Translate client issues into system improvements using no-code tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in high-ticket coaching or agency environments
  • Proven track record in retention and client satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to manage 40–60 clients simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication
  • Empathetic yet sales-capable personality
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and automation tools
  • Willingness to adopt AI and no-code solutions

Preferred

  • Ascension and upsell strategy experience
  • Experience in AI programs or digital business ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and analytics dashboards

Job Offer:

  • $528 monthly (Evaluation Period)
  • $550 monthly after 6 months
  • $572 monthly after 18 months
