We’re looking for a Client Support Engineer who can deliver exceptional support, build strong client relationships, and ensure our customers experience seamless, reliable technology every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and maintain AI-driven conversational process flows for call centers.
  • Monitor system resources, identify performance issues, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring smooth integration with CRMs, dialers, and payment systems.
  • Provide on-site emergency support when needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, Dev, and QA teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally for an excellent client support experience.
  • Perform other technical and support-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong Project Management experience (call center or enterprise environments preferred).
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent technical writing and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of logic-based scripting (similar to advanced Excel logic).
  • Skilled in persuasive call center scripting and flowcharting (Visio/Lucidchart).
  • JavaScript proficiency for integrations and automation (beyond basic front-end).
  • Familiarity with AWS environments, deployment, and related services.
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
  • Ability to manage Windows Server workloads (on-premises, hybrid, or cloud).

Non-Negotiables – Client Support Engineer

  • Proven experience designing or maintaining AI-driven call center workflows or CRM/dialer integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for backend automation and logic-based scripting (comparable to advanced Excel logic).
  • Strong technical foundation in networking, troubleshooting, and Windows Server environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Understanding of databases (schemas, queries, structures).
  • Experience with Linux servers, FTP, web servers.
  • Familiarity with C++/C#, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Audio editing skills for call experience improvements.
  • Six Sigma training or certification.
  • 4+ years in Call Center Operations or similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in BPO or customer support operations.
  • Skilled in conversational scripting and designing smooth dialogue flows.
  • Strong understanding of agent workflows and call center support systems.
  • Preferred: Residents of Cebu City or nearby areas. (if not its okay)

Job Offer:

  • Php 95,000 monthly
  • Php 100,000 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
  • Php 110,000 monthly after 18 months
