We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager – With GHL Experience

Part-Time | 20 hours per week | 4hrs a day |  Singapore Time 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the team. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of client communications, onboarding, and backend coordination. This is a high-impact role designed to give the founder back time by taking client management off his hands. The CSM will serve as the main point of contact for all clients, ensuring their needs are addressed quickly, deliverables are on track, and communication is clear and consistent.

The team currently manages 5 active clients with 2 pending and expects this number to grow rapidly.

Recommended Responsibilities

Client Communication & Ownership
● Own all client-facing communication: updates, questions, requests, delays.
● Proactively follow up with clients on missing deliverables, approvals, and payments.
● Act as the point person for all day-to-day inquiries.
● Ensure clients always feel seen, heard, and supported.

Onboarding & Setup
● Manage new client onboarding: welcome email, kickoff coordination, setup of tech stack (GHL, assets, links).
● Build onboarding templates to streamline the experience.

GHL & Tech Workflow Management
● Use Go High Level (GHL) to support funnel builds and troubleshoot client issues.
● Create and update automations, pipelines, and campaigns inside GHL as needed.

Internal Project & Task Management
● Track internal and client-facing tasks using Asana (or preferred tool).
● Maintain weekly client status dashboards.
● Ensure zero overdue tasks and complete clarity across all accounts.

Admin and Founder Support
● Free up the founder’s time by owning anything related to:
○ Client check-ins
○ Simple admin work (approvals, document collection)
○ Progress reports & follow-ups
○ Internal task routing

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Extensive client communication experience in marketing/digital agency environments.

Non-negotiable: Proven experience with GHL (Go High Level) and Asana.

● Proficient with GHL (Go High Level) – knows how to navigate the backend.

● Highly organized and comfortable in fast-paced, startup-style operations.

● Confident in building systems in Asana (or similar PM tool).

● Clear, professional written English – must communicate confidently and proactively.

● Bonus: Knowledge of basic social media/ad platform concepts.

JOB OFFER:
