Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the team. The ideal candidate will replace the current Account Manager and operate as the central communication hub between internal creative teams and high-touch client accounts.
This role is equal parts client relationship management, project oversight, and process stewardship. The CSM will be responsible for managing delivery timelines, maintaining alignment across departments, and elevating standards of execution through precision and accountability.
The ideal candidate will be Latin America-based, available during Eastern Time working hours, and bring exceptional attention to detail, ClickUp proficiency, and experience in project or account management within creative or course-building environments.
Recommended Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
- Manage client relationships from onboarding through delivery
- Lead monthly client calls and be their main point of contact
- Coordinate internal handoffs between learning designers, graphic designers, video team, and portal managers
- Book studio sessions and manage client logistics (travel, hotel, etc.)
Operational & Platform Oversight
- Own and manage ClickUp workflows (tasking, deadlines, automations, status tracking)
- Ensure internal processes are followed and adjusted for efficiency
- Track status of deliverables using project tools and Google Sheets
- Monitor and verify QA outputs (Kajabi, GHL, Thinkific, School)
SOP Development & Internal Collaboration
- Shadow the current Account Manager during onboarding
- Help document SOPs not yet captured from live operations
- Identify and close gaps in existing process documentation
Client Extension Support
- Spot and escalate potential project extensions during scope expansions
- Collaborate with the internal team to align on delivery timelines
- Manage extension conversations (not sales), ensuring clients stay informed and aligned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ClickUp: Advanced experience required (task builds, dependencies, dashboard navigation)
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and creative team collaboration
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional at catching small errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in information or execution
- Communication: Clear and confident written and verbal communication; capable of leading client Zoom calls independently
- Course Platform Familiarity: Working knowledge of one or more LMS (Kajabi, Thinkific, GHL, Teachable, School)
- Culture Fit: Comfortable in a women-led, intuitive, and spiritual work environment
Preferred Background
- Based in Latin America
- Project management experience in creative, DFY agency, or online education environments
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and PageProof (for review/approvals)
- Comfortable working asynchronously with multiple stakeholders
- Bonus: Light automation or data skills (Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
Working Hours & Time Zone
- Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)
- Availability: Must be available for client-facing work in Eastern Time (ET)
- Schedule: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time expansion)
- Note: Team operates mostly asynchronously; availability for meetings and proactive communication is key
Job Offer:
