What Is a Client Success Manager?

Full-Time CSM (40 hours per week)

This covers recruitment, vetting, onboarding, contracts, confidentiality agreements, and structured scorecards.
Fully refundable if hiring criteria are met.

Affiliate Referral Incentives

Total Bonus: $1,000
Paid as 4 monthly payments of $250

Part-Time CSM Referral
Total Bonus: $500
Paid as 2 monthly payments of $250

Payments are issued monthly after each successful month of active employment.
Payment Methods
We support:
- Zelle
- Wise
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
Affiliates can request their preferred payment method.
Payments are sent on or before the third Friday of each month.
Disqualification Scenarios
A referral does not qualify if:
- The candidate was already in our recruitment pipeline
- The candidate does not pass hiring
- The candidate leaves before completing their first eligible month
- Fraudulent or misleading practices are discovered
Upgrade to JV Partner Status
After 10 active referrals, you automatically upgrade to JV Partner.
From your 11th referral onward:
You earn 10% recurring revenue share on all active subscriptions.
That means lifetime commissions as long as those contracts remain active.
This is designed for partners who have strong networks and want long-term recurring income.
Who Makes a Strong Referral?
We primarily work with online businesses doing at least $50K MRR.

Coaching businesses convert well because they rely heavily on retention and testimonials.

What if the client cancels early?
Commissions stop if subscription payments stop. Payments are tied to active employment.
